You're not talking, it's worth talking. Especially when the main character is anti-corrosion sleepers - it does more work on the railway than you imagine, it is complicated and it is wild.


Apart from the real work, it's all "wild roads"


High-speed EMUs are adopted for the main line railway, which focuses on standardization and high efficiency. Therefore, concrete sleepers are used more and more nowadays, which is a fact. But the railway system is far more than the bright arteries you see in your car.


The private siding for ore in the mining area, the shunting track for containers at the port and wharf, the small railway for transporting wood from the forest, and the internal running track around seven corners in the plant area are the tracks in these places, which are called "private siding". In other words, the white dot is the "wild road" in the railway system.


These "wild roads" have a common characteristic: the environment is more severe than the environment, and the condition is more than the spectrum.

The fabrication of anti-corrosive sleepers is not so surprising, and the core is one word - bubble.


Select the raw materials of pine, dry the wood to remove the moisture in the wood and fully open the "pores" of wood fiber. This is a critical step, just as you need to dry the sponge to allow it to soak up, and the wood needs to leave a "belly" to eat enough preservative oil.


Here's the big picture: oil immersion treatment. The dried pine is sent into a large pressure impregnation tank, sealed, vacuumized, and the air in the wood cells is pumped out, then the preservative oil is injected, and the high pressure is applied. Driven by pressure, the preservative oil penetrates through the fibre pipes of the wood and into the invisible microstructure.


Under the operation of this set of "vacuum negative pressure+high pressure impregnation", the immersion depth can reach over 13mm. What concept? That is to say, the thick layer of sleeper surface is "filled" with anticorrosive oil. If the fungus and insect attack want to attack from the outside, they must first gnaw through the "oil wall" - it is difficult to dismantle the city wall with bare hands.


Soak it out, cool it naturally and dry it, and a corrosion resistant sleeper is considered to be formally graduated. It seems to be the simple pine, but it is not much more oily to the touch, but the bone has been completely remodeled - anti-corrosion, moistureproof, vermin proof, full combat power.
